Mulvenna Hall (Gymnasium)
Standard Rental
We charge $30 to $40/hour for standard rentals such as birthday parties, baby showers, sports activities and so on.
$30.00 per hour: non profit community member or community centre group rate (the renter is responsible for setting up and take down of tables and chairs, and cleaning up afterwards.)
$40.00 per hour: for profit or non member user (the renter is responsible for setting up and take down of tables and chairs, and cleaning up afterwards.
Renters can utilize the kitchen which includes the use of fridge, stove, coffee maker and more.
We accept payment by cheque or e-transfer. Details will be supplied in the facility rental agreement.

Social Rental
2500 square feet
Features
Air-conditioned, 200 capacity, 8 ft tables, ample parking.
The room rental fee is $800 dollars. If you would like to have 2 bartenders provided, the cost is $250 extra.
Rental is for the hours 8:00pm-1:00am. **Please note that due to our sports/programming schedule, the booking party may only access the hall for decorating at 4:00 PM**
Bookings
A deposit of $250 is required to book your event. The deposit will be refunded to you in full if cancellation is received 30 days or before the date of the event. Any cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the deposit.
A $400 damage deposit is also required. This will be returned afterwards unless there was damage at the event or clean up was not completed.
Additional Information for all hall rentals
The following are the responsibility of the booking party:
- Any food
- All utensils and food prep items
- All Mix and Ice
- Drink cups; beer (16oz) and liquor (9oz)
- All condiments, juices, limes tobasco, Worchester, soda/tonic water ,
- Liquor license
- Liquor and beer
- Optional: silent auction prizes
- Decorations (no confetti)
- Cash boxes
- Music service (must comply with AVLA rules and regulations)
- Setting up and taking down tables, chairs and décor
- Sweeping the floors
- Mopping any spills in the area
- Collecting and removing garbage to appropriate bin outside
- Cleaning all areas used in the kitchen (wiping down counter, fridge stove or microwave should there be a spill etc.)

Boardroom Rental
We charge $20/hour for the boardroom rental. The room can accommodate meetings of up to 50 people with chairs in rows and a row of tables at the front of the room. With tables, a boardroom style layout will accommodate up to 30 people and in a classroom layout, will accommodate up to 32 people.
The renter is responsible to set up the room the way they wish (tables and chairs are often left set up in a boardroom layout).
The renter is responsible for tidying up the room afterwards.

Keith Bodley Mezzanine Rental
We charge $10/hour for the KB Mezzanine rental (free for community member or community centre based groups). The room can accommodate meetings of 8 people comfortably (up to 10 people can fit around the boardroom table if required)
The renter is responsible for tidying up the room afterwards.
